Merry Christmas and Happy New Year’s! Here’s to another year of coding, gaming, and pursuing all that is Good, Beautiful, and True. I’m not one for new year resolutions, but since it’s something that got brought to my attention, I figure I share my own mid-term goals that I’ve been striving for and hope to strive for in the future (and this to give me a sense of accountability):

  • Read through the rest of the Apocrypha and 1 Enoch
  • Finish my Algo/Data Structures course
  • Plow through Advent of Code 2023 (I initially started it with Zig but utterly procrastinated. Will “cheat” by knocking it out in JS!)
  • Finish the initial version of my minimalist pure CSS framework “for backend devs”
  • Continue to do at least 3 blog entries per week
  • Learn Go
  • Make more headway in Godot

The more ambiguous the goal, the further back it is in the priority queue.

And of course, to be more conformed to the image of the Son of God, Jesus Christ. That’s not a new year’s resolution, that’s just the Way of Being.
